Before Polka Cake Studio, I ran pastry production for large events in Copenhagen, some for 3,000 guests. That experience shapes how I work today: careful planning, reliable timing and every dessert made to the same standard, from the first to the last. For brand events, I make cakes and desserts for up to 300 guests.
