From your first message to the first slice.
You don't need to know anything about cakes to start. Here's how we get from a few words about your day to the cake on your table.
01 · FIRST MESSAGE
Tell me about your day
Fill in a short form: your date, your venue, roughly how many guests, and a few words about the two of you. I'll reply within 48 hours and let you know if your date is free.
02 · CONSULTATION
Getting to know you
If your date is free, I'll send you a few questions about the two of you: the places you love, your story, the art and buildings you like, whether you lean towards minimal or ornate, and what you'd never want on your wedding day. I'll also ask about the venue, your flowers and styling, the dress, your invitations and above all, the mood you want your guests to walk into. You can answer at your own pace, from wherever you are.
You choose how we do it: a video consultation where we talk it all through, or a few questions by email that you answer at your own pace, from wherever you are.

Three times a year I hold a Tasting Box Day. You can order a box with my six signature flavours for 400 DKK and try them at home, together, before you decide.
03 · DESIGN & QUOTE
A sketch that sets the direction
I turn your answers into a sketch: the colours, the mood, the structure and the details, with an estimated quote. The sketch shows where we're going together, and the finishing touches come to life by hand as I make the cake. Once you're happy with it, a non-refundable deposit secures your date.

04 · FINE-TUNING
Your date is yours
As soon as your deposit and our signed agreement are in, the date is officially yours, and the creative part begins. We can have a video call to refine the design together, settle your flavours and go through the details of the day, like delivery time and where the cake will stand.
05 · FINAL DETAILS
Everything confirmed
About one month before the wedding, I'll get in touch to confirm your final guest number, flavour and design. Everything is agreed and planned well ahead, so in the busy last weeks the cake is one thing you won't have to think about.
06 · DELIVERY
Delivered to your venue
From my studio to your venue, the cake is my responsibility. I take care of the delivery on the day, so neither you nor your family has to arrange a thing.
07 · THE DAY
Then it's yours
Cutting the cake is one of those moments that brings everyone back together. Your guests gather round, phones out, and for a minute the whole room is in one place. Then comes the first slice you cut together, and the second one your guests come back for.
I'd love to see a photo from your day. Knowing my cake was part of your special moment is the best part of what I do.
